Abstract submission AS-SIG features a keynote talk (55 minutes plus questions), invited talks (45min plus questions), as well as short talks (15min plus questions) and posters selected from submitted abstracts, based on scientific quality and novelty. Selected talk and poster abstracts will be published in the SIG handout. |

Protein-RNA and RNA-RNA interactions in gene regulation and pathogenesis. Coupling of transcription and splicing. Regulation of splicing by chromatin. Special emphasis will be given on structure-function relationships. |
